After a court dismissed the CPS case against Drake Pardo's parents, the Pardo family is now petitioning to have their name removed from the Child Abuse Registry.
Today, in a major victory for the family, a district judge signed a dismissal order in the case of four-year-old Drake Pardo, who was originally removed by CPS from his home in June.
Since June, the Pardo family has been fighting for their son Drake to return home from CPS. Now it's going to happen.
In a small victory for the Pardos, Judge Tracy Gray ordered 4-year-old Drake moved from foster care to the home of a family friend while the CPS case remains pending before the Texas Supreme Court.
