The lieutenant governor blasted a state representative’s claim placing blame on the senate for failing to pass a ban on child gender modification.
For a second time, Governor Greg Abbott and the DFPS have been sued for treating gender modification procedures as child abuse.
A TABC spokesman said the agency saw nothing illegal about admitting children to "Drag Your Kids to Pride" as long as they weren't served alcohol.
