At The Texan‘s 88th Session Kickoff, senior reporter Brad Johnson moderated a panel focused on the separation of powers in Texas – both between the branches of government and between state and local governments. Panelists included Sens. Mayes Middleton (R-Galveston) and Kevin Sparks (R-Midland), and Rep. Matt Schaefer (R-Tyler).
